Rumpshaker 5K

10am - Open Gym

Hey Rumpshakers!
Let's meet at 7:20am at On Tap in Lakeview. If you don't know where it is call me at 205-243-1148. Think about your game plan on your pace. DON'T BLOW UP-You will have a better race if you stay consistent and then give all you got on the last mile. This is nothing but a 3 round WOD-Each mile is a round. Looking forward to it and thank you for supporting such a great cause. ~ Dave

  5. I got 4 MU today! (not consecutive mu's) I finally have the feel for them!

    I did LOTS of practice before getting them
    - sitting in bottom of dip
    - MUP with and without the weight vest
    - hips to bar pullups
    - ice cream makers

  7. I was the 113th fastest male with a time of 23:44 for my first 5K! I plan on getting to 20:00 minutes next time.
