  3. It was just me and Drew, so he concocted this workout with bits from each of the past 4 games workouts:
    AMRAP 20 minutes
    50 burpees
    40 snatches
    30 push press
    20 wallballs
    10 double unders

    I used a 35 lb bar and a 14 lb wallball, and was 7 du's shy of one round.
