    GHD:
    If you can do 10 consecutive Toes-to-Bar, do GHD's.
    If you cannot do 10 consecutive T2B, then your scale is either 20 T2B or 40 situps each round.

  4. 9:43 rxd with 115#. all jerks unbroken. ghd's in sets of 10. i'm glad i used 115#...i went back and forth debating on 115 or 105 because i was skeered. :)

    everyone remember that if you can't make it to the 6:30p class on tuesdays or thursdays, you have the option of wodding at 7:30p for the new 2012 wod schedule!
