U.S. Army First Lieutenant Brian Bradshaw, 24, of Steilacoom, Washington, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Fort Richardson, Alaska, died in Kheyl, Afghanistan, on June 25th, 2009, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated a roadside bomb near his vehicle. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary, and brother Robert.

    Pull ups. Today if you are unable to do pull ups sub the iightest assistance possible.
    Double unders. If you are unable to double unders sub side to side hops over a 12 inch hurdle

    That was a great wod! Thanks for suggesting it, Zach!
    I loved running it with Drew and Cori. I pushed myself a lot harder than I normally do. I stayed ahead of Drew until round 7, then he started creeping past me. Until rd7 it was a double under game. We would finish pullups at the same time then I would pass him on DU. Round 8 I started breaking my pullups up into 3 sets and he took the lead.

    i definitely couldn't catch the rabbits today.

    all hspu unbroken, all dl's unbroken, rd 1 pullups unbroken then went to sets of 6-6 or 8-4, du's were like this:
