Fellow Carporters, I am at work but I am going home soon becasue I do not feel well. I am going to rest and hopefully be back doing the WOD tomorrow night. Yesterday I was on rope rappelling/ascending at Weaver Point in Little River Canyon and I can *definitely* say I climb much faster due to Crossfit WOD work... Wish I didn't feel so puny right now.
