    burpee like the floor is on fire for a 21min total.

    we will run 10 min waves from fasest to slowest

  10. i just want to say that i think the morning guys did great today! although it would be really awesome to be able to run a 6:30 mile and row a 7:30 2k, just completing the work with a positive attitude and max effort is an accomplishment in itself, imho! GOOD JOBS GUYS!

  11. hmm, sub 20. 6 min run, 7 min row, 7 min burpees. I don't remember what I got last time I rowed 2k. Maybe 7:14. It would be pushing my limits, for sure, but it's doable.

    Retro Run is this Saturday-if you are not sure if you can make it or not you can always walk up and register the day of. Jim N Nicks and Budweiser are the sponsors. It's a family friendly environment with a live band and a great post race party!

    11:11 row - eh, not too bad
    20 minutes or so of pitiful excuses for burpees.

    For a masterful total of 39:45.

    I gotta get better at burpees, as much as I love them you'd think I would be great at 'em.
