hi! i just wanted to thank you all - drew, amber, cori & dave - for helping me with the qualifiers! thanks so much for being such a great support to the crossfit community and letting me get my wods in :) i made my goal and did not dnf a wod - ha! looking forward to next year and what my goal will be!
Ok, well in an effort to mitigate some of my "fear," I think I am going to break my burpees into 10 rounds of 10 with 5 seconds of rest in between rounds. I hope this plan works!
Good plan Rachel - you can do it! My fearful WOD after 101 was "150 pushups" - with 25yd sprints if you broke plank. I broke it down into sets of 5 (and ran a total of 1000 yds!) --- Cori remembers - she saw my face when I walked into the box and saw that on the board.
