    i am SUPER proud of DAVE! he ran a 1:45 half marathon today at mercedes with no running training and a little bit of CF! YAY DAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    48:15 on 10k leg. Fun event and we raised money for the Bell Center which is a great cause.
