    This is my first Cleans workout like this - so it set my first PR. I think I had a little more in me but just need to improve my form before I push it too much. That move has alot going on in it - I like it!

  6. Great job Ed! Form is way more important in lifts than weight. You can mess something up real easy if you have bad form.

    95-95-115-125-135-145-155x2 and miss

    That 3rd one got in my head. I also need to start heavier next time to hit PR/max in set 5 or 6 I think. That's only 5lbs under bw, so I'm happy with it still.
