For time:
Run 1 mile
50 Kettlebell swings
40 Pull-ups
30 Kettlebell swings
20 Pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings
Run 1 mile

    Russ a great scale is 1/2 1/4
    some thing u can go hard and be around 20 mins

  6. I'm predicting a very long wod for me if I go rx. I'll prolly do 1 pood kb swings and banded pullups. The running will depend on how my shins feel after those 150 du's from last night.

  12. lumber 1 mile, 35# kb, purple banded pullups, row 2k
    (my shins are screaming after du's...i literally cannot run after a lot of du's...not sure what's up with that)

    note to self: must run more when shins aren't wrecked. it is now a very big weakness of mine. a 9 month running hiatus was not good for my fitness.
