GRAVY


For time:
Press 100 pounds for 100 reps.
You may press, push press, or push jerk.
5 Burpees every minute on the minute.

Pack: 75lbs, 3 Burpees
Pups: 45lbs, 3 Burpees

  2. This will be like running a race. Consistency is the key on this WOD. Don't blow up on those first 2
    rounds because Burpees can have direct connections to Mr. Pukie!

    But Dave did make the 20min cut this time good job Dave.

    LOL 1 of my 1st memorys of TREY was a WOD similar to this and he said "Drew I am DONE! doing burpees I am finishing the work and going home

    But back then there were no scales.

    i have some experience with a similar wod (aka the airforce wod!), so i think i can work out the lumps in my gravy! my goal is sub 10, and yes, there will definitely be some gaming going on!!!!

  20. I did 35 lbs, 3 burpees, and my time was 11:30. That was one of the hardest WODs I've done yet.
