i bet paul has already looked at the site 543 times today trying to make his plan of attack. i've already figured out if you get a round every 45 seconds, you can get 20 rounds. if you're good and can maintain a round every 40 seconds, you can get 22.5 rounds. and if you're flying and related to chris spealler, you can get 30 rounds!!

my shins were not feeling it...i might attempt tomorrow or thursday...but the shins need more rest from the tabatta du's on saturday. i did a bunch of other stuff, though!
