10 rounds for reps
15 sec dips
45 sec res
Then
5 2-minute rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds
10 KBS (or 5 burpees)
20 Jumping Lunges
30 Double Unders
Score = (dips)(reps). Post total dips, total reps (1 Burpee = 2 reps), and final score to comments.
Dips - use a dip bar if you have one. If not, do dips from the side of a bench, box, step, couch, etc.
Double Unders - singles 2:1 or hop back and forth over over a line on the ground, or step over your KB.
