Teams of 3 earn as many points as possible in 40 minutes.
Athlete 1: Run 800M
Athlete 2: Barbell AMRAP
Athlete 3: Gymnastics AMRAP
Scoring:
800M Run - 10points
Barbell Movements (95/65) - 1 pt/rep FS/BS/OHS, SP, PP, PJ, SJ, DL, SDHP, G2OH, etc
Gymnastic movements -
1 pt: air squats, sit-ups, pushups, pull-ups
5 pts: rope climbs, Muscle Ups
Rotate each time someone finishes the run. If there is a two person team, have a "ghost" member (see how long the run takes the first person and use that time for the missing person).
