Pulling for Points

Seven 2-minute rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds:
Run 200 meters then earn as many points as possible by performing your choice of the following movements.

  • Burpee MU (10pts) 
  • Burpee C2B (5pts)
  • Burpee pull-up (3pts)
  • Burpee Ring Row (1pt) 
  • Bike 5pts/cal
