Athletes will complete three classic CrossFit workouts -- Elizabeth, Isabel and Fran. There will be a 7 minute time cap for each workout followed by 3 minutes of rest. Isabel will begin at minute 10. Fran will begin at minute 20. Every rep counts!
"Elizabeth"
21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds
Ring dips
"Isabel"
For time:
Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps
"Fran"
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups
Record time in seconds for each workout. If you are unable to finish the workout in 7minutes, your score is 7:00+reps remaining. For example, if on Isabel you only complete 25 snatches, your score is 420seconds + 5reps = 425. Post score for each workout and total of all three scores to comments. Compare to 7/27/12
