Four 3-min rounds with 2 min rest between rounds. Deadlift weight of your choice. You must complete at least one DL each round to add that round to your average load.
1st min - 5 box jumps, ME DL (weight of your choice)
2nd min - 10 box jumps, ME DL
3rd min - 15 box jumps, ME DL
Then
1 min max reps GHD Sit-ups
4 min rest
1 min max reps GHD Sit-ups
Score = (average DL load + GHD reps) (DL reps - any Box jump reps not completed).
