20 minutes to establish 10-8-6-4-2 reps for total load of Fat Bar Hang Snatch -OR- Fat Bar Viper Press

Then

Five 2:30 minute rounds with 30sec rest between rounds.
30 Ball slams 30/20 -OR- 20 Ball slams 50/30
30 KBS 1.5/1 -OR- 20 KBS 2/1.5
As many Double Unders as possible in time remaining
