Hang Time!

With a 30 minute running clock, see how long you can hang from the bar. Every time you choose to come down, you get an opportunity to rest your grip while you run 400M and do 50 situps. (You may row 500M if you do not want to run.) Add up your total hang time and total number of situps. Post those numbers to comments.
