Pullup for Points

Earn as many points as you can in 10 minutes. 10 rounds of Pullups 20 seconds "on" 40 seconds "off."
1pt - JPU
2pts - band assisted pullups
5pts - pullups
10pts - C2B pullups
20pts - muscle ups

then

5 x 3-minute rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds
15 Ball slams, weight of your choice - FCFS to the 50# ball!
30 Double Unders or lateral hops
