EMOM for 20 minutes perform Kettlebell Swings or KB SDHPs, 1.5/1pd. Odd minutes perform 10 Kettlebell Swings. Even minutes perform 10 KB SDHP.
then
10 min to perform as many Wallball shots as possible.
