great job to the 5:15a class! where was everyone for the 6a class today!? since no one was there, i decided to run the wod. gasp!? can you believe i did a wod with running in it!? ;)

24:52 men rx + subbed hspu for h.r. pushups...guess you'd call that the wolf pack version although true wolf pack would've been ghds i guess, and although i was feeling spicy, i wasn't necessarily feeling fiery. :)

those box jumps about killed me...jumped up/stepped down every time...this extra 5# i'm carrying on my butt felt like an extra 30# jumping up on that box. yikes! i'm really looking forward to the whole life challenge for accountability sake!

What a way to start the week (especially after being so unhealthy over the weekend). I am with coach the box jumps killed me. 24:50 with 50 DU's and 100 singles along with some step ups/down on the box jumps. Glad I didn't compare my 1st 200 m with the last...pathetic!! Sandy and Bill...missed your smiling faces!

This was a long WOD!!! 20:42 was my time. The BJs and DUs in the middle were killer but good on the back side when they were over!

mod RX: 29:00

mod RX because i did RX reps, weight, & height, but the DU's were split up. i did 50 DU's & 50+ singles in the middle of the wod. then with the remaining 5 minutes of the 30 minute time cap, i did the last 50 DU's (plus a lot more singles...)

as rough as today's wod was, i loved it. these are my kind of workouts!

It the words of Judy -- this was a good old fashioned but whoopin'! Two hours later I think I am still out of breath!
I was very pleased to do RX and come in at 29:11 even with a broken rope and the last 30 something DU with a borrowed one!
