Apparently many of us have wall ball issues this am...Cori would have had at LEAST one more rep, but thanks to my invention of the new game, forever to be known as, Wall Ball Dodge Ball, I slowed her down. I hit the underside of the wall ball target and the ball smacked off the plates (missing the cup I might add), then did a 90 Degree richochet and hit Cori while she was doing her handstand pushups. While not hurt, but merely startled, I'm certain this caused her to miss at least 10 seconds...

Y'all all did great today! Hate to have missed it but I did a number of my messed up back...not from the gym but just living. Barely able to walk today. Hopefully I'll be back by Thursday.
i did 18# kettle bell shoulder (push) presses instead of the HSPU's to work on my shoulder strength (so that i can one day do HSPU's). :)

and yes, it was me. i squashed the marker cup like a bug. though, i like to think i did it a favor by putting it out of its misery. it had already been through so much. it was barely hanging on.

Eddie - I wouldn't be to concerned about that 201. I don't know if you noticed but I was only throwing a 14lb wallball. By the way...I thot you were doing wallballs at the same time I was. Where'd you go that very last 20 secs? And don't worry... in the future I've got your back on the wallball dodgeball.
Because .75 way through the first round i discovered air squats were included!!! You know it's bad when Cori has to direct you where to go every 30 seconds!! You're not trying to get me tangled in the "Who killed the marker holder affair' are you?
