15 minutes to establish a 1RM 3 Position Clean (ground, hang, hi-hang) & Jerk. DEMO VIDEO

21 C2B Pullups
12 KB Thrusters 24/16kg
Run 400m
15 C2B Pullups
9 KB Thrusters 24/16kg
Run 400m
9 C2B Pullups
6 KB Thrusters 24/16kg

Notes: KB Thrusters should be performed with 2 KBs. You may use Dumbbells (or pumpkins) instead of Kettlebells. Men=50#DB, Women=35#DB.

kb thrusters unbroken
i stood around a lot after running and in between c2b sets. my lungs were on fire....not sure if it was from the head cold, the cold air, or if this wod was a deep lung burn type of wod. i don't think i was moving fast enough for it to be a deep lung burn wod. we will probably see times closer to 11 minutes on this. i would like to think i might run this again sometime when i'm feeling better to get closer to 11 min, but i have no desire to do this again anytime soon so i'll take my time and be happy. :)

big thanks to stacey for running this with me. i would have stood around a lot more if she wasn't on my heels each round. :)

C2B that didn't always go quite to C...but without the band, so I'm still happy. Used 18#KB's. I could bump it up next time.

Great job guys, hate I will miss this week! I did have a great 5 miles run thru the beautiful city of Annapolis, MD this am tho! Did some situps & push ups too to add some zest :-)

70# for the 1 rep max 3 position squat clean & jerk (what a mouthful)!

unassisted as high as possible pull ups. 1st round was broken up randomly, 2nd round was 5 sets of 3, 3rd round was 3 sets of 3.

20# DB's. 1st round was something like 5/3/4, 2nd round was 3 sets of 3, 3rd round was unbroken.

Excellent work Stacey and Cori! Great times on that WOD.
You can't imagine how good seeing your comment makes me feel Cori, because it absolutely sucked the wind out of my sails. I'm thinking if Cori was struggling with this one and is happy with her score then my 15:53 is money baby! I'm ecstatic!
Plus I agree with Stacey on the shaking arms. Like Ed used to say....after a workout like that I can't even get a good shave in. I thought about doing this WOD over tonight but the more I think about it....15:53 is a great masters time;0). I'll stick.

Aloha fellow Carporters! I am finally back in town as of 10am this morning but am taking today off. Two red eye flights in three days has left me a wee bit tired and jet lagged. Plus, I am pretty certain my pullups would make Kitty to Estobar look like the the crossfit champ.

I plan to see y'all tomorrow night.
