Notes: Lateral Box Jumps should be performed with both feet touching the top of the box, however, full hip extension on top of the box is not necessary.

65# w/ mod t2b: 16:46

today was rough. 65# felt so heavy and i was getting really frustrated with how hard it was. i almost started crying! then i got home and looked at my previous PR's for the weighted movements.

one rep max PR's from august:
push press - 65#
push jerk - 75#
split jerk - 75# (3 rep max was 65# in september)

given that information, i guess i did pretty good today. :)

Brooke - It always seems appropiate to make a nice comment about a C.J. when their pic is posted here but I wasn't exactly sure what the correct procedure was in this case. Therefore I will only say this about that......you make Estobar proud. Who takes these pics anyway??

65 lbs.
I had to sub burpees for box jumps, my knee just doesn't like them yet. Also subbed knees to elbows for the T2B.
