15 minutes to establish max Push Jerk

21-15-9 reps of
Pullup-Toes-to-bar (1 pullup + 1 T2B = 1 rep)
Handstand Pushups

Post max load and time to comments.

If you cannot do a pullup-T2B, do ring row-situp. (do a ring row, sit down on ground and do a sit up. At the top of the sit up, grab the rings to do your next ring row. Continue to alternate ring row, situp, ring row, situp, ... until you have completed your reps.)

HSPU subs will be given in class. Coach's pick!

hspu scale will be dumbbell strict shoulder press. :)

Modified WOD - due to Master's Elbow (I should have listened to my trainer). Reverse burpees with weighted vest and 1 arm KB snatch.
Substituted max 1 rep back squat for max jerk - 185

Max push jerk-65# got a little tweaked not using good form.
Did scaled WOD- Ring row/sit ups. This was fun. If you time it just right the rings are coming towards your hands at just the right time!
6:10 10# dumbells.

ring rows/sit ups/DB press press-15# (i had to jerk a little at the end...shhhh): 8:10

Did the ring row/sit up thing to save my hands for Saturday, but did HSPU's to one mat.

Push jerk 60#. That's a 10# improvement over my PR push press so I will take it. Did ringrow/ shoulder presses. The 15# dumbbells really slowed me down. 10:41.

Push jerk only 145#. not even close to a Pr but it was my first time to do any oly lifting in a month. Boy did that feel heavy!
The WOD was fun! Thanks, Cori, for the "new move"! All sets of PUT2B were broken, all HSPU unbroken. :)

Push Jerk #85 which I am pretty happy with. I was sooo close to #90 but just couldn't get it...next time! Did ring rows/sit-ups and dumbell press w/ #20, holy shoulder burn Batman!! Fun WOD though :-)

19:26 on the WOD. You know, I was really liking that new purple marker until now that I realize how much it makes my SLOW time stand out on the pic of "the Board." But, I did finish by golly!

Glad D.J. stopped by last night. He says he's coming back to the Carport soon.

P.S. Both Jonathan and Cynthia Raulston continue to amaze and impress at their meteoric progress. It's positively inspiring.
