9:00 - NUTRITION Q&A
Nutrition Challenge begins Monday, July 30th!
To help you get started, we are offering a Nutrition Q&A today from 9-10am. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, get recipe ideas, and get MOTIVATED!! This will be helpful to you even if you are not participating in the challenge. Read the articles below and clean out those cabinets. It's time to stock up on GOOD FOODS!
  • General overview of CrossFit and the dominant role nutrition plays in our program. What is Fitness?
  • Zone info - How much food you should eat in a day for optimal health and peak performance. Meal Plans
  • Paleo - High quality foods for super health. Paleolithic Diet
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

thank you for all the great info ladies!!
I did "Chipper" from Thursday, 12:40 pup and felt woozie afterward. Dang it got hot fast!!!!
