That was not a PR but I did get plyometric pullups today! When I was thinking of the warmup this morning I thought it would be fun to try those. Learning to do cool stuff like that is one of my favorite things about CrossFit! Love it!!

23:43....started with 155 (DL) and realized I couldn't do cleans that weight. dropped to what I thought was 115 but it was really 105.....115 all the way should be about right.

Made up WOD at McElwain Park. All alone. Three rounds for time. Run .28 of a mile, 20 burpees, 20 sit ups. 13:23. Should have made it 4 rounds but Drew was not up in my face!
