    That was not a PR but I did get plyometric pullups today! When I was thinking of the warmup this morning I thought it would be fun to try those. Learning to do cool stuff like that is one of my favorite things about CrossFit! Love it!!

  3. 23:43....started with 155 (DL) and realized I couldn't do cleans that weight. dropped to what I thought was 115 but it was really 105.....115 all the way should be about right.

  4. Made up WOD at McElwain Park. All alone. Three rounds for time. Run .28 of a mile, 20 burpees, 20 sit ups. 13:23. Should have made it 4 rounds but Drew was not up in my face!
