- 1st - 5 Ball Slams
- 2nd - 5 Tuck Jumps
- 3rd - 5 Push-ups
- Home - Deck of Cards! (diamonds - pushups, spades - situps, clubs - squats, hearts - burpees. 10 reps for face cards and aces.)
