Small Group Workout

CROSSFIT BASEBALL
Sprint from base to base performing a different exercise at each base.
  • 1st - 5 Ball Slams
  • 2nd - 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 3rd - 5 Push-ups
  • Home - Deck of Cards! (diamonds - pushups, spades - situps, clubs - squats, hearts - burpees. 10 reps for face cards and aces.)
