This morning was a good WOD! Worked up to 70#s on the pull ups and completed 15 rds plus 20 on the AMRAP. CTB pull ups was a major slow down for me.
Don't let this wod fool you! It's 13.5 in disguise! HahaAlso, i echo brooke's sentiments! Great job clay! He not only did one but two!
