Max Effort C2B Pullups

EMOM for 10 minutes perform one unbroken max effort set of Chest-to-Bar pull-ups. (Your set ends when you drop off the bar.)

Then

10 min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts, 275/185
10 push-ups on your barbell
20 lateral hops over your barbell

Post max C2B pullups and rounds and reps to comments.

    And u set the bar just in reach for some others with the C2B thinks for not running away with it :)
    As for Sandy she gets the awesome at bar push ups award

    That is one of those shoot for the stars comments, but it can be done I have seen it .

  9. hey carport friends!

    i just want to let you all know that i'll be taking an indefinite hiatus from crossfit. as sad as i am about it, it's just something i have to do.

    i don't want to get too sappy so i'll just say i've loved getting to know you all and i love what crossfit has taught me! it's been a joy WODing with you all and hopefully we'll stay in touch! i'll try to drop in for a few workouts here and there...and of course i'll continue to follow the blog...and you all can follow my blog if you'd like. :)

    As many Muscle ups as possible in 15 minutes.
    Then
    EOMOM for 15 minutes
    Max effort wallball shots. Get as many wall balls as possible each minute.
