sorry i missed this one. i couldn't convince myself to get up since i don't have work today. i don't get many opportunities to sleep in. i had to take it!
Did RX on everything but the MU progression. couldnt ger the motor running this morning on those. Did a 11:14 I think??? Good work out of speed and strength. Liked the add in run.
12:30 rx. Mu long arm and consective! Yay! No misses on anything. Work each round took under a min. Run took over a min. Haha. unlike shane, i extremely disliked the run added in. ;) I'm still feeling heavy since "five pound December" but at least it's getting a little easierto run with this 5 pound weight vest.
Um, I have a jumprope and travel WODS too, yeah, I brought those. Really.
Ha! Just wanted y'all to know that I've been busy with baby (well, not really a baby anymore) birthday stuff and we are out of town til Thursday. See you guys later this week!
11:41 w/long arm (yay!) MU, 1min 200M runs. I had 1 miss on MU in the second round but everything else was UB. Afterwards drew and I did squat cleans on the minute 135-135-145-145-155-155-165-165-175mx3-165m-155-145-135-95.
