Rest Day

  1. When is the Barnyard throwdown? I'd like to come watch if I can. I've been using lots of what I've learned in Crossfit (re: functional movements) as I am helping Robert do home improvement projects this weekend. Translates so well into life when you have to lift doors and what not.

    Monday's WOD
    5 RFT
    1 Squat Clean 185m/135f
    2 mu
    4 deadlifts (same as clean weight)
    8 pistols, alternating
    run 200m
