14:58 115# blue band C2B I've lifted 135 before in a WOD, so not sure if the thought of 12 reps scared me off or what... 115 felt challenging enough this am. I'm still shaking...
Anna you schooled us this morning-I'd just be getting back from my run and you're into DLs already and I'm thinking " I'll be zingwoolyed" or whatever new word Cori invented this morning....Anna will be on her way home before I get done. Good job Anna!

So happy to be back! I saw this WOD this morning and was worried about the running, but I surprised myself and ran all 3 400's without stopping!!! That was a first! Pup at 95# and rings. Time 14:11- Tracey

DL 145lbs (be kind to your back week) = 17:17 The 63 CTB were my goat this morning. I was breaking them into 2s halfway through.
