    I've lifted 135 before in a WOD, so not sure if the thought of 12 reps scared me off or what... 115 felt challenging enough this am.

  9. So happy to be back! I saw this WOD this morning and was worried about the running, but I surprised myself and ran all 3 400's without stopping!!! That was a first! Pup at 95# and rings. Time 14:11- Tracey
