    This WOD was hard. I did 10's for about 4 or 5 rounds and then went to 5's. My biggest issue was my wrists in the front rack. For the first time I really didn't think about the bottom of the squat. I just did it. I think this is a PR:) 11:48 Rx.

    My wrist were hurting too in the front rack and I thought about everyone of those squats. This was a really hard WOD for me but I finished!
