    Ghds unbroken but slow.

  10. Cynthia- 105#, 16:43. Pretty excited that I learned how to power clean tonight and finally stopped splitting. However, my thighs have awful bruises on them from sitting the weight on them. Ouch! I also got a chest to bar pull up- yay!
