    I wrote down my reps after each round. Probably would have gotten more reps if I would have kept a running count. Going to and from my paper was a nice break but it took a couple of seconds that I could have used for cleaning.

    I only got 135 on FSX3, couldn't clean 155. That is heavy in the morning!

    I really struggled with the push presses at 45#. Guess its been a bit too long since we last did those.

    Cynthia, I clearly should have paid better attention to what Drew was telling you about how to keep the bar from hitting your thighs. Mine are bright purple with bruises. DANG!

  12. Good job everybody! So many PRs!!! I did Rx but only got 71 reps. I'm with Jennifer, the push presses were harder than I anticipated.

    Not bad, but I had hoped to do better. Wanted to stay on "8's". That only lasted 3 rds, then I fell off a cliff.

    175# - FS 3 rep max.
