  3. 35/45/50/50(2)/50(2) I'm very happy with 50 and... did my first toes to bar where my toes actually hit the bar 3x in the first round of the tabata! woo hoo!

    Yahoo a two Anna day!! Plus+++++I did 10 more pounds than Cori.....that's never happened before and will probably never happen again;0). I will savor the moment.

    By the way Cori how did your 1pm group turn out?

    54 T2B (10-10-8-7-6-7-6-X)I miss counted my rounds and only did 7. It is still a PR but DANG! I could have done 60! Oh well, that is the goal for next time. :)

    2MU on the min for 15 min - ZERO MISSES!!! So that means I got 30 MU in 14:something! YAY!!

    Pretty excited because my last shoulder press one rep max was 75.

  11. 35(2) - 30 - 35(2) - 35 - 35. Not bad for my first WOD!
    Toes to bar, err knees to elbows, was difficult due to the lack of a grip. Stuck with it through all eight rounds but there is definitely a LOT of room for improvement.
