packed house this morning! jennifer, ryan, jonathan, and stacey all came in and got bingo! what a fun month! :)
so, i got 120# snatch today! woohoo!!!!!!!! i'm super fired up about it!!!! then i did 75# squat snatches x 5 coupled with 10 box jumps, amrap 12 min. also a few muscle ups when i could grab them during class.
