  1. Muscle snatch - strong pull from the pockets, no rebend of the knee

    Power Snatch -Rebend okay, do not break parallel. Keep the hook grip as long as possible, aggressive turnover.

    Full Snatch - You must break parallel each rep. Keep the hook grip as long as possible, aggressive turnover.

    110 power snatch x3 (95,100,105m,105,110)
    105 squat snatch x5 (95,105)

    All PR's! I only did 2 sets of squat snatch b/c I was starting to feel light headed. I felt dizzy on 95 so I decided to do just one more set and go for my goal of 105. Thankfully, I got it! (When we did this WOD last fall, 105 was my max snatch.) I am REALLY happy with my scores today!

    My prior max power snatch was 80# in April and Jonathan's was 125#. We are both pretty happy about getting PR's. Yay Crossfit! Now I'm gonna go back to icing my knees...
