  2. We have a baseball tournament starting tonight, so 80 baby Will burpees is it for me today! Maybe someone will run this with me on Saturday? :)

  3. fyi the gym is closed on saturday for the magic city mudder, but i bet you can run it on monday after memorial day murph!

    so this is a good time for a reminder about the gym hours this weekend:

    gym is closed on saturday for the magic city mudder, and the only class on monday is at 10a for the hero wod Murph.

    (can partition it anyway you want)
    1 mile run
    bring your family and wod before you go to the pool or barbeque!!! this workout can be scaled for everyone!

    OHS unbroken but running was sssllllooowwwww. i'm not sure i've ever run this wod before. it was my 2nd wod of the day....i ran tomorrow's wod first. :) i'll post those results tomorrow.

    btw, it's HOT!!!!

    this one was a challenge for my weak, inflexible shoulders. definitely something to work on! :)

  11. Congrats on exceeding your goal Amber!
    Cynthia - OHS to medicine ball at 45# and sub 500m row. "PR" on squat depth. 18:55. Happy with time considering I fell down during the first round of OHS. Not sure exactly what happened, but apparently Jonathan and I can't stay upright with weight overhead:)

    Jonathan - 65# OHS, sub 500m row, 16:50. No falls - yay!

  12. Even though my max OHS is 45 lbs, tonight I couldn't even do 35 lbs. So I did the naked alumanite bar (yes toothpick's weight of 15 lbs) and used a ball to make sure I got depth on the squats. 17:36.
