  7. Had to rest the quads today. Ran 6 yesterday after class...residual soreness from Murph... I'm easin up just a touch..will do some burpees and push ups at work!

  10. I made this one up on Sunday. I did some easy rowing to warm up then a few sets of OHS. I had to make it quick b/c we went to watch the AL girls softball game. I only had time for 4 work sets.
    500m rows - 2:28, 1:59
    OHS warm up = 45-75-95
    OHS x 3 = 115-125-135-145
