Baby Will Lell was born early this morning at 12:26 am. He weighs 6lbs 9oz. He, Momma, Daddy are doing great!

  9. I tried to do this wod at home, but was interrupted twice (I did stop my watch for the interruptions), but it still took me 22:41. For mu's I did 3-1 ring rows and ring dips; for hspu I did them :-) with pillows under my head; for pull-ups I started with the light band and did 20 very slowly and then used the blue band to finish. Yay for squats - I can do them rx! Oh, pistols I did with a low couch behind me. Next time I will just go to the carport.

  10. What a cute baby! Can't wait to meet him. My guess is he will ride mountain bikes at home and be really good at double unders from spending time with Uncle Paul.
