ʺEvery Second Countsʺ

800M intervals

The class will run at  minutes 0:00, 6:00, and 12:00. Add up the total time of all three runs in seconds. Lowest score wins.

    3:00 (3:00)
    9:15 (3:15)
    15:20 (3:20)

    180sec + 195 sec + 200 sec = 575 final score

  2. holy food hangover batman! two solid days of a horrible diet makes for 3 miserable 1000m rows! (rowed instead of ran b/c macie was with me.)

    then 5 shoulder press w/ 75# on the minute for 5 min b/c i was pressed for time...no pun intended.
    it's good to be back to 2013 cf open training! :)

    And to think I was going to run Ruffner beforehand...I think it will be perfect to go after. 800m warmups! Woo!

  4. I'm going for a Personal Slowest on these. All the food in Fla. has me on edge of a collapse! Is there a scale? Maybe walk 400 for time? 1 round?
