  4. will, i was mistaken. it was a different wod on mainsite i was thinking about. sorry. i would guess aim for 95?! i need drew to clear this one up, though. it might be to go as heavy as you can go but able to keep moving?

  5. I did 95. Mostly unbroken, 3 rds I put it down once.

    15 min-ish Rx. Got interrupted around round 3 so I'm not sure exactly.

    That's 7X 12 reps of all that! And just like everyone, bought in w/ 25 burpees (1:30). Will sleep well... :-)
