Pack: Fran done well is a 3-5 minute workout. This time try choosing a weight that will let you do the workout with good form in that time. (usually intermediate weights are 65-75# for men, and 35-45# for women)
Puppies: Use appropriate weight sub Beginner Pull ups, Assisted Pull ups or Ring Rows as necessary.
first wod in almost 2 weeks. 45# thrusters (not to depth...having to not go to depth until after baby) and ring rows. 5:27 or something like that. i also rowed 1000m before the wod. it felt good to be moving.
