    If you are working on your DU, do them instead of singles and count your misses.

    4 rounds plus 4 du's
    had a hard time with the du's, but the farther along i got, the more i could string together. (put together 10 in the last round) it definitely goes to show you that du's are a skill set that must be practiced regularly. i will be doing 50 every time i go to the gym to get them back. my calves are already sore!!!
