i'm jealous of your beach wod, amber! how did those broad jumps treat you? everytime i've done them in a wod, my back gets REALLY sore!
Maybe we need to have a gym field trip to the beach. One of the nice things about broad jumping in the sand is that you can see where you land. So I tried to land in the same footprints every round.
I'm jealous you get to be at the beach. Vicksburg isn't as cool as the beach. Technically it's all sand around here, but none of it is fun sand. I am looking forward to this WOD though. I like doing these things at which I am not very talented.
